Definitions

• “Users” refers to any persons who access the ADF website including community forums, member profiles, learning management system (LMS), groups, and any other portion of the website not previously mentioned. 

• “Members” are users with an active ADF membership.  

Eligibility

• All users must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws. 
• All users must be over the age of 18 to register or access an account.
• Member access is restricted to current ADF members. 

User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for all activity in their account. 
• Users are responsible for ensuring the security of their accounts
• Users agree not to share their login credentials, passwords, or other sensitive information with others. 
• Users agree not to share non-public ADF member content outside of this website and community forum without permission. 
• Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide during the registration and elsewhere on the website. 

Community Standards

The following behaviors are prohibited: 

• Spamming
• Hate speech, insults, name-calling, and dead-naming
• Threatening, harassing, or stalking
• Sharing or posting protected intellectual property
• Posting or sharing sexually explicit images, video, or text
• Posting or sharing images, video, or text that call for violence
• Sharing other members personal or contact information without permission
• Advertising goods, service, or events without prior approval from the social media manager. 
• Commercial exploitation (i.e. reselling content, using the ADF name or brand for profit, harvesting member data to sell or use for targeted advertising.) 

Artificial Intelligence

• You may not use any automated systems, including but not limited to bots, crawlers, or artificial intelligence tools, to scrape, collect, or otherwise extract content from this site for any purpose, including training machine learning or artificial intelligence models, without explicit written permission from Ár nDraíocht Féin (ADF).
• If you submit content to the ADF website that was generated in whole or in part by an artificial intelligence system, you must clearly disclose that AI involvement. Failure to do so may result in content removal or account termination.
• Users may not use artificial intelligence or similar tools to impersonate individuals, fabricate endorsements, or create deceptive content in any form.
• ADF does not use your personal information to train AI models without your explicit consent. Any use of automated tools on this site, including AI-assisted moderation, will be conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
