Our state has a test for different subjects and you have to pass so many to get your HS diploma. I see the kids who can't pass. I also teach at an online high school [20:48] Cool. Back in the day I taught grades 7 thru 12 social studies [20:49] That's a lot of preps [20:50] It was fun. I enjoyed it [20:51] I love teaching, and the online environment has a lot of good points. They took their culture with them [20:57] I agree they're not tied to a country per say, but they are in so many ways tied to the land. So it's something I sometimes wonder about.
