Our readers are estimated at 1200 and growing. Most of our subscribers are in the United States, but we also have many subscribers in Canada, Australia and Europe.
Distribution Dates and Ad Submission Deadlines
The following are the distribution dates and ad submission deadlines for the quarterly issues:

Advertising Rates and Sizes
Our general advertising rates and ad sizes are the following:

There is limited spacing for some of the sizes. Full pages and half pages only have four spaces each available and Card Sizes only have eight spaces available.
We can also put two half size ads on the inside back cover, but only if there is no full ad.
Publisher's Prerogative
We reserve the right to refuse any advertisement that we deem not appropriate for our publication. Ads will be scaled to fit the page.
Payment
All ads must be paid in full when submitted. Please email our Advertising Director before paying to make sure we are not full on that size. Ads sell quickly and we'd hate to turn you away for an issue after you've already paid.
You may pay with Paypal below (you don't have to be registered with Paypal to make a payment through it). Make sure to note in the comments which ad and issue you are paying for.
Again, if you are specifying placement on the inside front, inside back or outside back covers, please check with the Advertising Director to make sure it hasn't already been reserved.
You can also pay by snail mail; in that case make your check payable to A.D.F., write Oak Leaves Ad in the memo section, and mail it to:

Ad Formats
Images should be sent to the Advertising Director at adf-ol-ads
adf.org and images should be able to be opened in Paint Shop Pro or Adobe Photoshop. Also, send separate files of images in case scaling down doesn't work.
Alternately, text and associated graphics may be submitted, but in this case, layout of the ad will be up to the Advertising Coordinator and Editor. All ads should be in .JPG, .PSD, .PDF or .DOC format.
