Privacy Policy

The following summarizes the privacy policy of our web site:

  • We track and log visits and page views to all portions of our site
  • We do not personally identify visitors to the public section of our site
  • We track member logins to the member section of our site
  • The ADF Office maintains a database with the information on our membership form
  • We use the membership database to provide member services like mailing election ballots
  • We respect member "privacy level" choices for information items on the membership form
  • We do not, nor will we, sell or rent our membership database information to any third parties
  • We may, however, share membership information with third parties as necessary to provide membership services (e.g., with printers for mailing our publications)
