Leader Bios: Medb Aodhamair

Photo of Medb Aodhamair [9k] Hi, I am Medb Aodhamair. I have been a Pagan for almost 17 years and a member of ADF since June 2003. I have enjoyed serving the Pagan community in many different ways over the years. I have organized Pagan Pride Day celebrations, volunteered as a hospice and prison minister, served as a High Priestess for several different covens (while Wiccan), worked as a Designated Faith Group Leader on two different military installations, managed a large Pagan networking association in Southeast Arizona, and given numerous presentationson Pagan beliefs to various organizations.

My path in ADF began with Sonoran Sunrise Grove in Tucson, AZ and I am now the Grove Organizer for Feather River Protogrove, ADF in Chico, CA. I completed the ADF Dedicant Program in 2006 and am now working on completing the Clergy Training Program. In October 2006 I became the ADF Regalia Manager and in January 2008 I became the Deputy Northwest Regional Druid.

I currently reside in Chico, CA with my life-partner Craig, our dog, and two cats. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology witha concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. I also work for my county as a Veterans Service Representative, serve on the board of directors for our local homeless veterans' housing, and am a member of the county's environmental council. I've worked and volunteered in the non-profit sector as a charity event coordinator and have had extensive experience in retail business management.

I hope to use my skills and knowledge to the betterment of ADF.
